What?
- A trail run around the Buntzen Lake area
- A flat-ish/undulating lovely 9.5 km loop around the lake
- 15km and 27km options on Lakeview and Diez Vista trails
- Good prep for Gottfreid's new race in Squamish-Tenderfoot Boogie on May 15th
- I will be leading the 14km route on my favourite trail, Lakeview
- the original Fluffy Bunny route has been removed (Dilly Dally trail) as not enough people do it, and it takes a long time. Would like to have a proper post-run get-to-gether!
When and Where?

- Start / finish at Buntzen Lake, Port Coquitlam. Meet under the Gazebo by the beach.

Why?
- It's my 2nd year as event host, and I love Buntzen Lake. Haven't gotten out there enough recently! Lakeview is my favourite trail.

How Much?
- Free for Club Fat Ass members (check out member benefits and fees here)
- To keep hassles on the morning of the run to a minimum and allow the host to participate as well we ask to please sign up for both, the club membership and the event online and in advance.
