I've just finalized the course for this year's Chuckanut Calf Cramper. The main route is about 13k, or 8.2 miles, and features the new Raptor Ridge connector trail, and (hopefully) some nice views from the lookout! Its easy to make the run longer if you like, and maps will be provided. You can also make the run shorter, but will not get the view from the ridge if you run a shorter route.
I will bring cold bottles of beer for the finish!

The weather is looking great. I was wondering if anyone from Vancouver would like to car pool to the Cramper with me?
I'm in North Van. I figure we'd have to leave sometime before 07:00 to beat major lineups of Canucks out looking for cheap gas and cheeze.
....the T/J clan is making the trip down south across the border.
Hey Genissa! Making it down for another Calf Cramper is definitely on my list... but I can't do it this year! I'm 6 months pregnant and have trouble getting up the 5 flights of stairs every day at work :) aaaaaand am not really doing the beer thing lately (much to my chagrin!).
But maybe next year!?!?!
